There are communication problems in the medical disgnostic interview with foreigner patients or the hearing-impaired when they are out-patients at hospitals or with Japanese overseas when they are patients at local hospitals.
Health Life Passport is a device which lets us overcome these difficulties. It can provide "174 Surgery related articles in multi-language settings" at a touch, allowing for doctors and patients to relate to it during a medical examination. Users can log a usage history, allowing for easy access to information such as previously used articles and prescribed medicines, making examinations at clinics much smoother.

・Health Life Passport
Health Life Passport is available in many regions, not only Japan. It supports multiple languages, usually a main language (native language) and secondary language (language you wish to translate to). By allowing medical examinations in multiple languages, patients are able to communicate important information including their symptoms, past cases and prescribed medicines clearly to the doctor, allowing for a quick and easy examination system.
Also, the articles history can be converted into a PDF format and sent to a chosen e-mail address, making printing out an easy task.
■Application consideration
Many functions of the application are available offline. However, A part of functions (e-mail etc.) cannot be used offline.
■ Privacy policy
We do not perform the collection of personal information such as e-mail addresses at all, and do not use any thing except the transmission of the history PDF. In addition, please understand that I use the history except the personal information as a study for preventive medicine improvement.
